Obituary for John P. "Johnny" Chambers

John P. "Johnny"  Chambers
John P. “Johnny” Chambers, 58, of Lawrenceville passed away Tuesday July 26, 2016.
Born January 8, 1958, Johnny was a native of Dawson County and had lived in Lawrenceville since 2000. He worked in the residential construction field and was a U. S. Army veteran. A loving father, he was preceded in death by his father, William R. “Bill” Chambers; and a sister, Donna Sue Chambers.
Surviving are his daughter and son in law, Amanda and Nathan Morris, Winder; mother, Billie Doris Chambers, Lawrenceville; sister, Kathy Edwards, Lawrenceville; brother, William R. “Dickie” Chambers, Jr., Commerce; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Saturday July 30, 2016 at 1 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Lyman Caldwell will officiate. Interment will follow in Dawsonville Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
