It is with a sad heart for the Sutton families loss and a glad heart for heavens gain that I learned of Dave’s passing. I have many fond memories of Dave. Always ready with a jab of dry humor, wit that was unmatched and knowledge of construction that was greatly beneficial to a young (then) contractor, commercial real estate appraiser, broker and environmentalist where Dave’s mentoring was truly put to use. Dave was a true gentleman, a GODly man and a friend and he will be missed. Our prayers for a peace that surpasses all human understanding for the Sutton family and Dave's many friends!
