I am so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a very fine lady and will be missed by all that ever had the honor of knowing her. I will always remember her fondly. May your faith sustain you during this very painful and difficult time. You and your families are in my prayers.

Dear Cliff, Bobby, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren,

I am so sorry to hear of Peggy's death, but be assured that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. She is, as you know, present with our Lord and Savior. I know this is of some comfort at this time. I also know that she often talked of her Dad's death, and she missed him so very much. I find comfort, as I hope you do, knowing that she has been reunited with her Dad and Mom.

She had fought during the past few years, with a strength and resolve that many of us admired. She always had a great deal of love for her three sons and for all of her Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and others in her life. I hope that you all carry her love for you with you always.

She will be missed, as she should be, and she will be remembered often.

Love,
Gina

Dear Jerry,

I had previously written a note to all of you. I had included "Sam" on the note, and then erased it, thinking that others might not know you as "Sam"...well, then I did not go back up to the top to included "Jerry" with Bobby and Cliff's names.

So, with that being said....

Dear Jerry, Bobby, Cliff, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren:

Dear Family - I know that you will miss your mother, grand-mother, great grand-mother and friend. She fought her sickness with great courage and fevor and refused to give in. She just grew weary and now she is at peace. My this comfort you to know that she will never know pain, sickness, sorrow or any of the other ailments associated with the human body as she is at rest in the arms of the Lord.
