Allene A. Chadwick, 83, of Dawsonville, GA passed away at her home on Sunday, February 21, 2021. She was born to the late Burn and Mary Lou Walker in Toccoa, GA. She was a member of Chopped Oak Baptist Church, Toccoa, GA. Allene loved reading the paper and doing crossword puzzles. Her favorite pastime was taking care of and spoiling her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Henry Chadwick; son, James Walker; brothers, Lee Walker and Laverne Walker.
She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Gail and Kenneth Smith of Dawsonville, GA; granddaughter, Courtney and Troy Hickmon, of BallGround, GA; great grandchildren, Thomas, Emily, Skylar; brothers, Morris Walker, Harold Walker; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at Sweetwater Baptist Church, Dawsonville, GA.
