Obituary for Douglas R. "Doug" Blalock
Douglas R. “Doug” Blalock, 54, of Cumming passed away Monday December 13, 2021.
Mr. Blalock was a native of Alpharetta but had lived most of his life in Forsyth County. Doug was employed as a truck driver for Aman Construction Equipment. He enjoyed football, repairing almost anything, and loved to make people laugh. He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Phillips, and a sister, Donna Lynn Blalock.
Surviving are his father and stepmother, Walter and Janice Blalock, Dawsonville; brothers and sisters in law, Ricky and Linda Blalock, Murrayville, Jeff and Erica Blalock, Cumming; nieces, Gracie Blalock, Kaycee O’Shields; nephews, Wyatt Blalock and Cooper Blalock.
A memorial visitation will be held Monday, December 20. 2021 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home.
