Obituary for Eunice Bruce
Eunice Bruce, 75, of Dawsonville passed away Thursday August 6, 2020 at her residence.
Born December 16, 1944 in Banks County to the late Lonnie and Pearlie Bruce, she had lived most of her life in Dawson County. Eunice worked many years at Sweet-Orr after which she was employed at the Dawson County Child Development Center until her retirement. She enjoyed word search puzzles and cooking for her family. A member of Winds of Peace Fellowship, she was also preceded in death by her sisters, Nettie Millwood, Bobbie Anderson, Jane Barrett; and brothers, R. T. Bruce, Barney Bruce and Ray Bruce.
Surviving are her sisters and brothers in law, Kathryn and Ronald Hubbard, Cumming, Janice and John Daniel, Dawsonville, Judy Bruce, Dawsonville, Carolyn and Lanny Hicks, Dawsonville, Julie and Tim Honea, Dawsonville; brother and sisters in law, Ralph and Edith Bruce, Dawsonville, Carolyn Bruce, Dawsonville; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Sunday August 9, 2020 at 2 o’clock at Winds of Peace Fellowship. Rev. Tommy Panter and Rev. Tim Bennett will officiate. Interment will follow in the Peaceful Valley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 4 until 8 at the funeral home.
