Obituary for Mary Crane Rhinehart
Mary Crane Rhinehart, 81, of Dawsonville passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at her residence following a period of declining health.
Born April 10, 1941 to the late J.P. and Mae Crane, Mary had been a resident of Dawson County for almost 60 years where she was a member of Juno Baptist Church. A devoted wife and loving mother, Mary dedicated her life to her five children. She was an extremely hard worker who instilled that work ethic in her children. Mary enjoyed anything and everything outdoors including flowers, birds, and camping. Most recently she had really enjoyed coloring. Mary was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 60 years, Bobby Rhinehart, and son, Keith Rhinehart.
Surviving are her sons and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Janet Rhinehart of Dawsonville; Ricky Rhinehart of Dawsonville; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Tony Helton of Dawsonville; Stella and Bryan Gober of Dawsonville; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Brody Hughes will officiate. Interment will follow in Dawsonville Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service.
