Rachel Ann Oglesby, 52, of Dawsonville, GA passed away peacefully at her residence with her family by her side on Monday, May 23, 2022. She was born in Gainesville, GA to the late Jimmy Randolph and Judy Ann Hendrix. She loved spend time with her family and friends and watch her kids participate in sports. She liked to off-roading, cruising lake Lanier on the pontoon. She was a loving wife, mother and sister.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Scott Hendrix; Grandmother, Monny Hughes; uncle, Joe Hughes; niece, Jodi Hendrix.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years Tommy Oglesby of Dawsonville, GA; children, Leah and Zachary Prichard of Dahlonega, GA, Aden Oglesby of Dawsonville, GA; brother, Mark and Betty Hendrix of Dahlonega, GA; Nieces, Keisha, Ashley; nephews, Keith, Blake, Dustin; mother in law and father in law, Thomas Lee and Gail Oglesby of Winder, GA; and numerous other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Garrett officiating.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
