Obituary for Robert "Bob" Knox
Robert “Bob” Knox, 89, of Big Canoe passed away December 19, 2020.
Born November 1, 1931 in Atlanta to the late J. B. and Mildred Knox, he had lived in Big Canoe for the past two years having moved from Sandy Springs. Bob founded Knox Jewelers, Inc. and remained active in the business until 2020. He was a very active member of St. John United Methodist Church and was also preceded in death by a son, Alan Gregory “Greg” Knox.
Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Fran Knox, Big Canoe; son and daughter in law, Eddie and Natasha Knox, Cumming, grandchildren, Evan and Missy Knox, Eddison Knox, Lindsay Leonard; great grandchildren, Titan Knox, Jack Leonard, Oliver Leonard, Charlotte Leonard; sister, Dolores Stephens, Cumming; and other relatives.
The family will be holding private services.
