Obituary for Sherry Ann Motes
Sherry Ann Motes, 83 of Cumming, GA passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022. She was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church, Cumming, GA. She was born in Cumming, GA to the late Dewitt and Dedrea Bales. She was a lifelong resident of Cumming GA. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Felton Motes, brother, Sheerl Bales, sisters, Sarah Smith and Sue Bennett.
She is survived by her nephews, Kenneth and Gail Smith of Dawsonville, GA, Wesley Bales of Georgia; nieces, Lavon Bales of Cumming, GA, Sheila Waters of Ackworth, GA; and numerous great nieces and nephews also survive.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tim Hubbard officiating.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 – 2:00 pm.
