Obituary for Terri Quick Balgord
Terri Quick Balgord, 62, of Dawsonville passed away Friday August 14, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born March 13, 1958 and raised in North Carolina, Terri had been a resident of Georgia for the past 15 years. She held numerous jobs through the years and was an extremely hard worker. Terri loved her family, especially her grandchildren and enjoyed playing her guitar, camping with her friends and being outdoors. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert “Bobby” Balgord; father, Boyd Quick, Jr.; brother, Lance Quick; step-brother, Douglas Moore; step-sister, Rhonda Moore Kluttz.
Surviving are her children, Heather Everhart, Cleveland, Samantha Everhart, Dawsonville, Christy Fowler, Kimberly Redden, Donald Redden, all of North Carolina; parents, Charles and Shirley Moore, North Carolina; grandchildren, Dylan Furr, Layluh Everhart, Nevaeh Everhart; siblings, Karen Quick, Shannon Quick, Dale Quick, Brooke Starskey, all of North Carolina; step-sister, Linda Moore Kluttz; best friends, Tammy and Darrell Price, Dawsonville; other relatives.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday August 22, 2020 at 4 p.m. at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jason Hamby will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until the hour of service on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to help offset final expenses.
