Vickie Denise Watts, 65, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022, after an extended illness. She was born in College Park, GA to the late Russell and Joyce Bowen. Vickie worked for 25 plus years for the Atlanta Journal Constitution News Paper. She had a great love for the beach and cooking. Her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She is preceded death by her sons, Earl Jeremy Watts and Christopher Earl Watts.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Earl W. Watts of Dawsonville, GA; children, Brittney and Jesse Cole of Alto, GA, Kylea Bree Watts of Murrayville, GA, Victoria Denise Watts of Dawsonville, GA, Rebecca Joy Agnes Watts of Cumming, GA, Ethan William Watts of Dawsonville, GA, Erin Lynn Watts of Roswell, GA, Taylor Nikole and Thomas Mark Norman of Bethlehem, GA; grandchildren, Connor Wheeler, Cadence Wheeler, Paisley Wheeler, Benjamin Sanders, Ezekiel William Watts, Miliana Watts, Tucker Norman; sister, Diana Faith Batson of McDonough, GA; and numerous other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel, Dawsonville, GA. Interment will follow the funeral at Sawnee Memorial Gardens, Cumming, GA.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
