We are still in shock from hearing of John's passing..... It seems like we were just dancing at Wild Onion and having ritas at Fuego's with you and Stacy! We are so, so sorry for John's unexpected passing.....gone way too soon. Our hearts go out to Stacy, McKenzie and John's family. I know he is in heaven watching over all those he loves..... We will miss you, John....
We are grateful for the moments share with our grandchildren Elijah and Luke with Papa John and GiGi. Thank you for the fond memories and the times we shared.
John, I met you working at Mary's Bread Basket when you and Stacy started dating. I knew you were a good man by the way you were friendly to everyone and how you treated Stacy and McKenzie. They always had nothing but good to say about you and Stacy's words almost every day will always ring in my heart..."I just love my John"...She loved you dearly and I know you did her too. Now rest peaceful in the arms of God until we can all meet again.
A thousand memories of a country dirt road have been running through my mind the last few days. I am thankful the Evans moved to Dickerson Road in a time when neighbors were like family. My heart aches with the loss of John; but, it smiles, too, thinking about the good and kind boy he was and the fine man he became.
I never met John, but my son worked for him for 6 years and they had a great working relationship. I am praying for the family, friends and his employee's for their loss.
John was a very special brother in law to me. He always said he loved me and I was always welcome at his house. He is going to be really missed..He was like a big brother to Roger.. RIP John you will never be forgotten...love u
