Obituary for Sue Styles Bailey

Sue Styles  Bailey
Sue Styles Bailey, of Dawsonville passed away on Monday September 5, 2016 from complications of Multiple Sclerosis.
Sue was born on December 8, 1940 in Dawson County, Georgia and was the daughter of the late Bob and Alice Styles. She graduated from Dawson County High School and received her management degree from Old Dominion University. Sue retired as a partner of Tillman, Bailey, Samples and Associated CPA Firm. She was active in Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir, led Bible studies, and served on various committees.
Sue is survived by her husband of 58 years, Carl Guthrie Bailey. Also surviving are her children, Barbara Catoe (Mark), Jennifer Pappas (Jimmy), and Michael Bailey. She will also be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Rebecca Catoe Guthrie (Cam), Ben Catoe, Eleni Pappas, Carly Pappas, Katie Bailey, Kurt Bailey, as well as her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Parker Guthrie. Also surviving are her brother and sister in law, Don and Jean Styles.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 7, 2016 at 11 o’clock at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. Rev. Calvin Ward will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 until 8 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, 1751 Wesley Chapel Road, Dahlonega, GA 30533.
