You are missed my brother, my friend

Dewey, my brother-in-law was a wonderful man to me and to my entire family. Going through the photos these last few days…so many great memories of ski trips, dude ranches, many, many camping trips, horseback riding, Christmases, Thanksgivings, all the birthday parties. He was always there for significant moments in my children’s lives, including my son graduating from military camp and army basic training. Dewey was such a huge part of our lives and always will be. He loved my kids like they were his own. Dewey would do anything, anytime for anyone. He helped me so many times putting in light fixtures, fans, fixing things for me. All with pleasure, with love. He is like a father to my son, always giving such great advice, sharing is experiences and wisdom to help him. Dewey was a fantastic brother-in-law, son-in-law, uncle, and friend to me and my family. I miss him dearly and will always cherish the many wonderful times we shared together. I know he is with God now and will continue to look after me and my family. I know he won’t be able to call me when a bad storm is headed my way to warn me, but I know he’ll make sure I know, somehow. I miss Dewey more than words can describe. I will always cherish our time together and continue to love him for what he shared with me and my family. May he rest in peace and know that he was so much, to so many, impacted so many in such a positive, loving way. I love you Dewey and will always keep our memories alive. Love from your sister-in-law, your sister and friend, Karen
